This is "Old" Knox College, not to be confused with the "new" Knox College at the University of Toronto. This building, which sits in Spadina Circle, is now called the Daniels Building and is part of the University of Toronto Faculty of Architecture.
This building is quite wide and so it's difficult to get it all in one eyeful. For these perspective drawings, I wanted to draw the buildings from angles they hadn't been photographed from before (to my knowledge). Given the surroundings, I don't believe the view depicted would be possible from the top of an adjacent building. So this was drawn by drawing the floor plan in perspective (using manual methods) and building it up one wall at a time. This drawing took around 8 months to complete.
Printed on a 20"x26" sheet of Hahnemühle Photo Rag Fine art paper. Limited set of 50 prints.
Note: Frame not included.
